The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Horse Sense Direct shop site. You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
PURCHASING
When you submit your order you are allowing horsesensedirect.co.uk to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
All prices on this website will remain unchanged until 31st March 2008, with the exception of any unexpected price or VAT changes.
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening you will be notified and a carefully selected alternative offered or a full refund will be made.
DELIVERY
All goods will be delivered by either Royal Mail or a national carrier and should arrive within 14 days of our receiving your order with large packages you should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.
A post and packaging charge is based on the total amount of order as set out below:
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
horsesensedirect.co.uk supply goods, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund. ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.
You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
